I love Oshun, a total part of my daily water intake. I recently flew long haul and the Electrolytes really helped keep me correctly hydrated. I am pretty sure they helped with the jet lag too.

This has really helped me with Dehydration, general wellbeing & feeling more alert. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely tough to drink. Mixed with small amount of juice at first and now I am able to use water, but it is not good. However, it makes my sleep so good that I just man up and deal with the taste. Will keep using.

I love the very slight 'taste' .. my skin has improved. I notice when I've forgotten to add it because I don't feel as awake. It encourages me to drink more.

I do feel like I’ve been gettting a better nights sleep since starting magnesium. I’m only a few weeks in but I used to wake up at 4.50am all the time and lie awake for hours. My quality and length of sleep has definitely improved after I’ve been adding this to my pre-bed tea each night.
