I’ve been using Oshun’s Magnesium concentrate for a few months now and I’ve fully incorporated it into my night time routine and I have the most restful night’s sleep. I fully recommend it to anyone who struggles with waking through the night.
8 pumps daily is the sweet spot for me. I suffer with autonomic symptoms including airhunger and once i started 8 pumps daily my airhunger completely disappeared.

I found owning when looking for electrolytes that I can take in pregnancy. It’s simple, unflavoured, but a little salty (naturally), so I add it to my juice, smoothies, any sweet drinks. Makes drinking electrolytes easier.

When I do an intense workout, I tend to up my dosage a bit to compensate for what I lose through excess sweating, which has made a positive difference for me.

Not tasteless but very pleasant and I now prefer my water with it rather than without really helping me to stay well (was having dizzy spells) and have noticed both my skin and lips more hydrated highly recommend

I have crohn’s, I often get dehydrated. Oshun has stopped that, headaches improved, skin looks more plump and dry lips gone. Absolutely wonderful stuff.
I’m really gutted to be writing this review! I do think the product was good at helping me sleep and feel better rested however the taste is so unbearable that I simply cannot incorporate it into my daily life. I even tried mixing it in with juice and other drinks, but no matter what I was nearly gagging every time I drank it!
Have defiantly noticed more energy and better sleep.
Took a few days to get used to the slight taste it gives to water but appreciate how neutral and natural it is compared to the artificial flavoured sachets full of sweeteners etc. Making it routine to add to my glass of water and also blended well with hot drinks.
