I'm pregnant and was suffering with severe thirst - this has really helped! I'm only a few weeks into taking it but I think my skin is looking more glowy as well.
All I'll say is that it does have a slight taste too it - slightly mineraly - so I can't always have it just in a glass of plain water.
Since using Oshun I feel like I sleep a little better, although not all the way through the night yet. I’ll keep using to see if this improves over time.
I normally have to drink at least 3 litres of water a day or I get extra long COVID symptoms like headaches and heart palpitations. Since using oshun my symptoms have been greatly reduced and my water intake is more manageable.

This is an awesome product. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Ive only been using it for a week and have noticed a difference in my energy and skin. I’d recommend reducing the daily ammount of 8 pumps over the course of the day though. I concentrated it exactly as it said on the box and had really painful bloating and stomach issues the first 2 days with 8 pumps but after lowering it to 4 in the same amount of water I don’t have any negative side affects with all of the positives.
Highly recommend Oshun, it’s definitely made a difference to my skin and sleep.

Honestly, this the best health product I’ve ever purchased, and I try a lot! After just a week, my skin looked noticeably brighter, the bags under my eyes were gone. I’ve started drinking loads more water and generally feel so much better! Hangovers hit less hard too, and Oshun is much better than the sugar filled other electrolytes out there. I tell all my friends and can’t highly recommend enough!!
