It’s seems like a decent company, however they definitely need to get their act together. I made my initial order and after not receiving it for 22 days, I inquired on the status. I was told that my order got lost. I confirmed my mailing address per their request and my order was reshipped. After 18 days of not receiving the order, I inquired once again and was told that the package was returned back to them. I was once again asked to confirm my address and was told that they could either reship my order or issue me a refund. I chose a refund. I was quite disappointed that after over a month of waiting, no offer to rectify the situation in any other way was made. After doing a little research I found quite a few similar companies that are based in the USA and deal with electrolyte supplements. So google electrolyte supplements, and buy here in the USA, to avoid such inconveniences.
