How to use Oshun

When you receive your Oshun, remove the cap and place the pump in the bottle.

Drink filtered water? 

Add 2-3 pumps of Oshun per litre in all the water you drink.

Drink mineral or tap water?

Add 1-2 pumps of Oshun per litre in all the water you drink.

Simple as that.

Each bottle makes 100 litres of electrolyte water, or 200 large glasses.

Concentrated inland sea water (containing electrolytes and trace minerals), Purified Water and Potassium Chloride.

We capture our electrolyte concentrate from the Great Salt Lake of Utah naturally by using solar evaporation.

Breastfeeding fuel

I don’t always want to have a hydration sachet from another brand as I’m not fond of the flavours. Having an unflavoured alternative which is easy to add to any drink while I’m breastfeeding has brought peace of mind, I feel like I’m staying hydrated for my milk production and general health. Seems to be better value than other brands sachets also, depending on how many pumps you add to each drink!

Started to use this and will confirm it us easy to use, preferential to the powders but too early for a definitive answer.
