Salted Lemon Seltzer

Inspired by the refreshers of Sicily, this simple recipe is guaranteed to hit the sweet spot on a hot summer afternoon.  

To serve one (or two, if you like it weaker), you'll need: 

  • 250ml for one, or 500ml for two of sparkling water such as San Pellegrino (or filtered tap water past through a carbonator)
  • The juice from one whole lemon
  • 2 pumps of Oshun
  • Lemon slice or peel to garnish
  • Optional fresh mint to garnish
  • Optional ice

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze your lemon directly into a pitcher or glass
  2. Add 2 pumps of Oshun
  3. Add the sparkling water, no need to stir
  4. Serve in two tall glasses
  5. Garnish and add ice if desired
