How to use Oshun
Step 1: carefully dispense the pouch into your Glass Bottle
Take care not to squeeze the pouch as you unscrew the lid. Each pouch contains 250ml of Electrolyte Concentrate: just enough to fill up your bottle and last a whole month.
Step 2: Aim for 4-8 pumps across the day
Our top tips:
- Add Oshun to filtered water for the best experience
- Ratios: 1 pump per glass, or 2-3 pumps per litre
- You can also add Oshun to any hot or cold drinks of your choice.

How to use your travel bottle
1. Fill it from your bottle of Oshun electrolytes
It should take around 24 pumps from the big bottle to fill up your travel bottle.
2. Dispense on the go with the pipette
Two doses from the pipette are equivalent to one pump from the large bottle. For a glass of water, use two pipette doses, for a bottle, use four.
3. Keep it for your next trip
Filled up, the travel bottle should last you 3-6 days depending on your use.
