Magnesium Refill Pouch

Even though I’m up with my baby in the night, I am sleeping deeper and falling asleep quicker! Magic!

Having recently had my second baby I took a chance on the Magnesium (as I already love the Electrolytes) and have found it to help me sleep more soundly. I do find on nights I forget to add it to my water, or don’t drink enough of it I do have poorer sleep. My sleep feels less disturbed and more restorative, despite attending to my baby. I will definitely keep on using and repurchase!
