How to use your glass bottle
1. Fill it from your Refill Pouch
One refill pouch fills the bottle perfectly with a month's supply of magnesium (using 2 pumps every evening).
2. Keep within eyesight
Your frosted glass bottle will look great on your countertop. Keep it there as a visual reminder.
3. Rinse or wash between refills
Our ionic magnesium is a natural mineral concentrate. Salt sediments will form naturally. Rinse them out before refilling your bottle.
