How to use Magnesium
When you receive your Oshun Magnesium, remove the cap and place the pump in the bottle. This is a highly concentrated product: we recommend gradual dosage as below.
Week 1
Add one pump to a glass. We recommend citrus flavoured water, juice or hot drinks, which will neutralise the natural bitterness of magnesium.
Week 2 onwards
Add two pumps as above. If necessary and well tolerated, increase dose to 3 pumps.
If you experience laxative effects, you've gone too fast - reduce dosage to one pump per day.
